Suffering from Itchy Skin ? You might want to hold off on that pot of Oilatum and read this…

When it was confirmed that Rachel Anderson did in fact have eczema – rather than just dry, itchy skin that could be treated with copious amounts of different creams and ointments, as is the initial prescriptions handed down during early stages – she had to suffer in another way as well; something that childhood eczema sufferers could only relate to if really pushed, which was the humiliation amongst school friends.

She suffered the torment of the usual name-calling such as leper and creep as well as having the embarrassment during summer months when more skin was exposed. And all the while there was no real treatment for eczema but rather, just the symptoms it brought.

When this happened to her own son – who also started with the itchy skin, prescribed eczema treatment such as Oilatum in the first instance, etc, etc – it made her sit up and experiment a little with her interest of natural medicine and herbal remedies. It was quite by chance she found something that worked; and worked well.

Her son’s itchy skin began to disappear along with the red, blotchy skin patches he had. He felt more energetic at his school and became generally more calmer and carefree, just as “ordinary” children should be.

What Rachel soon realised is that she had created natural remedies for eczema in the first instance but better still, today can state that she has a cure for eczema; and a permanent one at that.

You see, what Rachel knew is that most of the treatment for eczema only really treats the symptom, not the root cause. She also knew that any sustainable eczema treatment could only logically work if induced rather than rubbed on – due to the fact many don’t see in that eczema is NOT a skin condition, but rather an internal immune system problem. Hit this head-on and you’re likely to get somewhere.

Rachel Anderson has written a book on her experiences and gives away her cure for eczema. We are reviewing her book over a few articles – having seen many others “claim” wonderful things but not delivering (in our opinion). You can see her story here. Her book is entitled “Eczema Free Forever”.

Eczema Free Forever – If you have itchy skin or are in search of eczema treatment, will this do it ?

Rachel Anderson was told by the medical profession that she would never cure her eczema and then one day in her adult-life she discovered something that was to permanently become a cure for eczema, which inspired her to write about her experience and that of her son – who also started out with the itchy skin, used countless pots of Oilatum in the beginning as a form of eczema treatment and so on. Rachel has called her book “Eczema Free Forever”.

This book talks about natural remedies for eczema, but do they work ? Read what WE have discovered about this book before you even think of buying it…..

There have been many books written on the “so-called” cure for eczema and we have reviewed many of them feeling more than a little suspicious with what’s stated and professed to actually work. Indeed some have just been outright dangerous, so when this book came to our attention we naturally wanted to see what it was all about.

The first thing we discovered quite shocked us (I should say that we are all well-versed on this subject matter) in that Rachel Anderson accepts that eczema itself is NOT a skin disease, but rather an issue with the immune system which can cause the simplest of things to make skin flare up. We particularly like her logic in thinking in so far as that if the problem manifests itself INSIDE the body, why should anyone expect a few potent creams and ointments on the outside of the body treat nothing more than the symptom rather than the root cause. Top marks Rachel.

It was in fact her son that inspired her to explore natural remedies for eczema, but little did she know she was actually embarking on a cure for eczema – and if she did, this could put “paid” to all the past treatment for eczema by way of Oilatum and other symptom-crushers for itchy skin.

In our next article we will go a little further into her book “Eczema Free Forever”, but in the meantime you can read Rachel Anderson’s story here.
